30-day returns
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. To start, email support@trulixirfunnies.store with your order number.
Damaged or defective
If your item arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo within 7 days and we’ll ship a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return it.
Refund timing
Once we receive your return (or approve a photo claim), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Non-returnable
For hygiene reasons, used personal items can’t be returned unless they’re defective. Final-sale items are marked as such.
